Why This Conference Mattered
FASA has a strong tradition of hosting high-calibre conferences that bring the franchising community together. This 2023 edition was particularly significant as it marked a return to in-person events while offering hybrid access. The programme centred on sharing results from FASA’s key franchise surveys (conducted in association with Absa), insights into economic recovery, government support for small businesses, skills development, and global franchising perspectives.
The conference featured prominent speakers including:
