We welcome clients that are looking for a long-term connection with a committed web team, even though these care plans are often for websites that are constructed or redesigned by us.
In order to get to know your website, its design, and any potential problems, we often start by doing a Website Audit and Review. A set 4-hour rate is charged for website audits and reviews.
Most essential, we'll create a list of problems that need fixing and improvements that are required in order to move forward with the website's monthly maintenance schedule.
We provide a support ticket desk for quick turnaround and tracking of all support requests.
You can submit all requests to support@dsignrdigital.co.za and we will reply within normal business hours.
Please note if you are not on a Care Plan our standard hourly rates will apply for support.
All care plans include full offsite cloud backups i.e. WordPress files + WordPress database.
Depending on the package you choose, these backups are either done daily, weekly or monthly.
Yes, you can cancel anytime with a full calendar month's notice. You are under no obligation to continue with the ongoing service.
Any 3rd party integrations, or plugins that are included on your site whilst the care plan is in force, will be disconnected on cancellation and you will be liable to license these items yourself if you want to keep them current and updated.
All of the websites that we care for must first go through a quality check to ensure it meets our standards. If we have built your website recently then this should take very little time and there is no sign up fee.
If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.
