Dsignr Digital is committed to making dsignrdigital.com accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and improve the site over time.

1. Our approach

We work to ensure our website is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for users with a range of needs. This includes people who use assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, magnification or voice control.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add new content, components and integrations, we review how they affect usability for all visitors.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and descriptive link text where possible
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive components
  • Visible focus states and sufficient colour contrast in core UI patterns
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Responsive layouts that work across common screen sizes
  • Form labels, error messaging and privacy notices on enquiry forms
  • Cookie and consent controls that can be managed without relying on mouse-only interaction

3. Known limitations

Some legacy design components, third-party embeds or older marketing assets may not yet meet our preferred accessibility standard. Examples can include:

  • Certain animation-heavy sections on older templates
  • Third-party chat, analytics or newsletter tools governed by external providers
  • PDF or downloadable assets not created by our team
  • Some archived blog content imported from previous platforms

We review these areas during site updates and prioritise fixes that affect core navigation, forms and conversion paths.

4. Third-party content

We do not control the accessibility of every third-party service linked from or embedded on our website. Where we identify barriers introduced by external tools, we assess alternatives or configuration options that reduce impact on users.

5. Request an alternative format

If you need information from this website in an alternative format, or if you experience difficulty accessing any part of the site, please contact us and tell us:

  • The page URL or feature you tried to use
  • The assistive technology or browser you are using, if relevant
  • A description of the issue you encountered

We will try to provide the information in a suitable format or help you complete your enquiry by another channel.

6. Feedback and contact

We welcome accessibility feedback.
