Rapelang is the founder of The Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Company (TEEC). TEEC is a business development consulting firm for entrepreneurs. Having worked with and serviced over a thousand entrepreneurs for over 9 years on SME compliance and business development; he is now a business speaker, facilitator, trainer and business coach. Rapelang Holds a BBA Degree, a qualification in computer accounting and has received various training in Leadership and entrepreneurship including from Shanduka Black Umbrellas, The Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, Activate Leadership and Common Purpose SA. He also participated in a Corporate Governance programme for professionals at VJQ. Currently he is studying advanced Intellectual Property Management and Innovation through UNISA.

He has worked on projects with reputable clients/partners such as Standard Bank, NedBank, SAB Kickstart, NYDA, University of Johannesburg, Technoserve, Junior Achievement SA, Shell SA, Exxaro Resources, EBonoko Holdings, IBM just to name a few.

He is currently the programme manager of the PROPreneurX a property accelerator programme for property entrepreneurs. His experience covers Enterprise & Supplier Development, Non-Profit Sector, Multimedia Productions, Telecommunications, Music Entertainment etc. His work was profiled by Sowetan Newspaper, The Star Newspaper, Destiny Magazine, Power FM, SAFM, Metro FM, Cliff Central, Yfm etc.
